Ballyboden Primary Care Centre,
Working with DHD Construction, A comprehensive site survey was undertaken with the Contractor to assess the works required. The property would be used by people with assistance needs so a handrail complying with Part M of The Irish building Regulations was required we proposed Kee®Access A site assembled fully Galvanised and Powder Coated system.
After this assessment our design team assisted in the design of each part providing product proposals for selection and subsequently site specific product drawings. The project entailed 230 linear metres of handrail, A double leaf and single leaf gate fitted to the front entrance of the building, 22 linear metres of solid bar railings fitted on top of the entrance wall, 60 linear metres of Kylemore mesh and a Kee® Access handrail along a stairs.
We worked to a tight time schedule and we operated various site visits to co ordinate with the DHDs work programme. The project was finished on time and to the client’s satisfaction. We believe were able to provide an aesthetically pleasing design that was both practical and enhanced the overall look of the site.
