Georges Place, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

George’s Place, Co. Dublin is a development consisting of 12 social housing units delivered under the Rapid Delivery Framework and designed and constructed to a BER A1 rating. The project was administered under a Design and Build Public Works Contract (PW-CF2) by Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.

These homes are designed and built to a very high specification, taking advantage of some of the latest innovations and technology in house building, resulting in ultra-modern, energy efficient and high quality homes.

We were pleased to be commissioned by the Main Contractor John Sisk and Sons a company we have a relationship with back to 1974, where we installed new solid bar fencing and gates to the twelve new units.
