Sarah joined our team in 2001 as Financial Controller and progressed to Financial Director and Co-Owner in 2007. She provides budgeting and financial certainty through careful planning and management of all resources.

Along with looking after the finances, Sarah takes on the crucial role of ensuring smooth day to day operations of the business, planning for the company’s future in terms of our Sustainability Journey and industry compliance, marketing and supporting our most valuable asset our people!

In her free time Sarah can be found spending time with her husband and children and walking her rescue dog Farley!
